WANTED: DYNAMIC DEALERS
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in joining the Triumph Motorcycle Dealer Network. We at Triumph Motorcycles (America) Ltd are dedicated to developing a lean, but focused network of dealers throughout North America capable of offering excellent customer service to both existing Triumph owners and consumers interested in our legendary brand.
Triumph currently has 190 dealers serving North America with a goal of 275 over the next five years. We want to attract the right dealers, in the right places, strategically and will not dilute existing dealer sales by adding dealers just to add volume.
The dealers we are seeking will be located in areas that are un-served or underserved by the current dealer network. While dealerships representing European brands work well from an image standpoint, we have successful dealerships that carry other motor vehicle product lines, so please do not eliminate yourself based on current products carried. The most important thing for us is focus on the Triumph brand.
What makes an ideal candidate?
1. Successful business track record in the motorcycle industry, including high customer satisfaction ratings.
2. An ability to commit the necessary financial resources to operate a successful Triumph dealership.
3. A facility located within an area deemed as an “Open Point” by Triumph.
4. 2,000 square feet of sales floor space to dedicate exclusively to the Triumph Brand.

Once we receive your application, we will look for dealer network conflicts, judge the facility location as it relates to Triumph sales potential and, of course, begin assessing your ability to properly represent the Triumph brand.
This process takes a few days, so please be patient, but we will reach out to you via email with the results of this initial phase and a request for additional information, if required.
Phase two will require that you submit a business/marketing plan, facility rendering (to scale) indicating the exclusive Triumph showroom, and pictures of the dealership.
We will work to keep the process moving as quickly as possible, but appointing a dealer to represent the Triumph brand is a big step and we do not take it lightly. As a candidate, you need to be certain that you are willing to make the commitment and are willing to give proper focus to Triumph Motorcycles.
