The Thunderbird 1700cc big-bore kit

To celebrate the arrival of the 1700cc Thunderbird big-bore accessory upgrade, Triumph Genuine Accessories is offering a limited run of the cruiser with the kit pre-fitted at our Hinckley factory.

The big bore kit consists of new pistons, liners, camshafts, up-rated clutch springs and ‘1700’ clutch cover embellisher. Maximum power output is increased from 85bhp to 97bhp – with torque lifted from 106ft/lbs to 115ft/lbs.

The 1700cc Thunderbird big-bore accessory upgrade kit is fully homologated in all markets and existing Thunderbird customers can have the kit retro-fitted at a Triumph Dealership now.

Triumph partners with Ohlins

Triumph is pleased to announce an exciting global collaboration with the world’s foremost race suspension supplier, Ohlins. The tie-up will deliver a range of supreme quality accessory rear suspension units for Triumph’s Urban Sports range.

Available on the Daytona 675, Street Triple, Street Triple R, Speed Triple and Tiger, the Ohlins shock absorbers have been developed to provide the ultimate control and performance for the sporting rider.
