DIGITAL IGNITION
The Triumph digital ignition uses an electronic control module to read a crank position sensor, taking a signal from the crankshaft, timing the spark to the correct engine condition. This can help advance and retard the spark as many times as is necessary to achieve the best power and lowest emissions.
