CRANKCASE - HIGH-PRESSURE DIE CAST
Triumph cranskcases are manufactured using high-pressure die casting techniques which involves the injection of molten alloy, under high pressure, into a steel die which is pre-heated to approximately 300°C. This process ensures greater consistency, improved tolerance control and an overall weight saving.
