OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN BEVAN'S SARDINIA TRIP 2010

The Bevan Motorcycles R.A.T. Pack, Cardiff, has organised successful 2-week pack summer tours for the last 4 years. The tours all include pre-booked accommodation at boutique-style hotels, with a number of free-days included to allow participants to relax and see some of the places where we stop. A comprehensive briefing pack is provided to each participant, including daily routecards and fully marked-up Michelin touring maps.
 
For 2010, we will depart on Saturday 29th May and take a 2-week tour down through France and across to Genoa in Italy, to catch the overnight ferry to the Italian island of Sardinia. We are planning to base ourselves in the hillside town of Bitti for three days and then take the one-hour ferry crossing to the French island of Corsica, where we plan to stop near Bastia for another three days. We will then catch the ferry to Nice and make our leisurely return through delightful French scenery, arriving back at Dover on Sunday 13th June.
Daily distances are around 220 miles, give or take 30 miles or so.

A single rider has just necessarily cancelled his place on the Corsica & Sardinia Tour because of work commitments and so an opportunity to join us on this tour has arisen.

Single room at Annecy on Monday 31st May.
Twin cabin on overnight ferry from Genoa to Olbia on Tues 1st June.
Single room at Bitti, Sardinia, for the nights of 2nd, 3rd and 4th June.
Single room at Bastia, Corsica, for the nights of 5th, 6th and 7th June.
Single room at Greoux-les-Bains on Tuesday 8th June.
Single room at Rodez on Wednesday 9th June.
Single room at Issoire on Thursday 10th June.
Twin room at Avallon on Friday 11th June.
Twin room at Epernay on Saturday 12th June.
Single room at Detling, Kent on final evening Sunday 13th June.
 
The total cost for single occupancy of the above accommodation and all ferry fares, plus marked up touring maps and a comprehensive briefing sheet is 1276 GB Pounds (subject to exchange rate fluctuations).
