Technical Operations Lead

Responsible for fielding dealer technical inquiries over the phone, through email and a customer management database.  Also responsible to field dealer service calls as well as customer calls when the need arises. Review incoming dealer warranty claims for approval or rejection. Assist all others in the department when needed in diagnosing complex technical concerns 

Marketing Communications Manager

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for all owned and paid consumer communications for Triumph Motorcycles in the United States and Canada. This position implements global strategies domestically, creates regional strategies, and oversees all activities related to owned and paid media. The ultimate goal of this position is to gain affinity and awareness of potential Triumph consumers by sharing engaging content where it’s most likely to be seen by the target audience, and use follow-up communications to drive consumers further down the funnel to secure retail sales.

South US Sales Manager

Triumph’s goal is to establish itself as the “Premium Lifestyle Motorcycle Brand” through the delivery of a “Distinctive, Cool, Authentic and Premium” proposition. The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic and tactical activities within the market to achieve this goal within Triumph and the South Regional Sales group. The current strategic priorities are to develop and manage the dealer network and sales of Triumph products.
