    Realizing A Dream

It’s hard to beat the Thruxton Cup for competitive, wheel-to-wheel racing on a budget. Compared to other types of racing the bikes are inexpensive, require very little effort to be competitive, and are comparatively easy on parts. This combination makes for a fun racing experience that’s very accommodating to a wide range of budgets and experience levels.

Dustin Foretich started racing his Thruxton in 2008 and was immediately hooked. Always the competitor, he focused on improving his riding ability and found himself battling for podiums and then race wins.

His on-track performance, consistently being on the podium since 2008, caught the eye of GAZI, an Australian company that makes rear suspension components. The relationship started at Road America in 2011 with GAZI sending him a demo set of shocks for the next race, and by the end of the season Dustin had won the National Championship and secured GAZI as a formal sponsor.

Dustin also has help from other sponsors that include British Customs, Spiegler, SharkSkinz, Drive Systems, Traxxion Dynamics, and JPR Performance.

Congratulations on living the dream, Dustin. We look forward to seeing you and your beautifully prepared racer at many Thruxton Cup races in the years to come.
