    The Art in the Machine

Creating a truly custom motorcycle takes vision and the talent and resources to turn that concept into reality. The San Francisco Bay Area’s Hattar Motorsports enlisted the help of metal fabricator Evan Wilcox to hand form the bodywork on Tyler Florence’s stunning café racer. Evan’s work on this bike is a custom job that truly reflects its owner’s passions, so much so that its metalwork is totally exposed without a hint of paint  just a rich patina from being soaked in balsamic vinegar. Evan’s talent and attention to detail does more than produce bespoke metalwork. He inspires new builders to embrace and continue this age-old craft.
