COMPONENTS FOR ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE

The TF 250-E has been created with the most premium components. A pressed crankshaft and connecting rod assembly with premium bearings provides durability and efficiency. A forged König piston with a hard-anodized crown, precision oil-control ring, and DLC gudgeon pin maximizes performance while supporting high-RPM operation and long-term reliability. High-spec Del West titanium inlet and exhaust valves with DLC coating reduce friction and wear, providing consistently strong power delivery even in the toughest conditions.

IN-HOUSE-MACHINED MANUFACTURING

In line with Triumph’s premium product ethos to ensure riders receive the very best in quality, the TF 250-E’s single-cylinder DOHC engine is fully machined in-house, featuring a precision-developed combustion chamber, optimized port geometry, and CFD-refined coolant flow for maximum efficiency. The high-revving design delivers strong performance throughout the rev range, while enduro-specific tuning provides an enjoyable, crisp throttle response, enhanced traction, and predictable power transfer for confidence-inspiring rides when pushing for the best possible performance.

SIX-SPEED GEARBOX

The six-speed gearbox, developed with the likes of four-time Enduro World Champion Ivan Cervantes, uses race-optimized ratios for smooth, clutchless shifts and consistent momentum in technical terrain. Enduro-specific gearing is matched to the engine, with a 6th-gear overdrive for road and transfer sections, so riders can concentrate on the terrain they're tackling, knowing they have the right tools to do so. Built from Triumph-specified high-grade alloy steel with micro shot-peened gear teeth, it delivers maximum toughness, durability, and reduced friction.

ATHENA GET ENGINE CONTROL

Triumph and Athena’s off-road expertise come together to deliver a co-developed ECU with new software strategies for both MX and Enduro platforms. Enduro models benefit from a strong focus on drivability, rear-wheel connectivity, and tractability, supported by two standard engine maps (Full Power, Softened Power) and six additional maps available via the MX Tune App and accessory Wi-Fi Pro Module Kit for the ultimate customization.

INTAKE SYSTEM

A bespoke Dell'Orto 44 mm throttle body with a single Keihin injector sprays directly onto the throttle butterfly at WOT for superior atomization and response. An air bypass circuit supports cold starts, with manual idle adjustment for set-up perfection. The high-flow, quick-access airbox features tool-free filter access and a high-quality Twin Air filter, as used by our factory racing teams, with vented and non-vented covers supplied as standard, delivering maximum airflow, protection, and rapid serviceability in demanding enduro conditions.

RACE-READY KYB SUSPENSION PACKAGE

Developed by some of the world’s best technicians and tested by world-class athletes, the TF 250-E’s easy-to-set-up suspension package is built for real enduro riding. The KYB 48 mm AOS coil-sprung forks deliver 300 mm of controlled travel with fully adjustable compression and rebound. At the rear, the KYB 3-way piggyback shock features a 50 mm piston with high-/low-speed compression and rebound adjustment. For MY27, new suspension settings complement enduro-specific spring rates and tuning, providing immediate performance. With straightforward adjustability, riders can be confident of reaching the perfect set-up in all types of conditions, while new fork guards offer improved protection.

PREMIUM ENDURO WHEEL PACKAGE

Triumph’s enduro models feature D.I.D DirtStar rims paired with Triumph-designed lightweight 6000-series machined aluminum hubs, laced with stainless-steel spokes and nipples for strength and durability. Fully machined hub surfaces allow tighter control of wall thickness, reducing weight while enhancing overall finish, combining durability with a premium finish. Standard 21-/18-inch sizing delivers proven enduro geometry, while Michelin’s Enduro range, which includes the renowned Enduro 2 Medium model, provides class-leading traction in the depths of tough enduro terrain.

PRECISION-TUNED NEKEN TRIPLE CLAMPS

Lightweight 7075-T6 forged Neken clamps have been designed to provide optimized stiffness, delivering sharper steering, better front-end feel, and smooth tracking through gnarly sections. The result is more precision, more confidence, and a more responsive front end in every enduro scenario.
