Experiential Marketing Coordinator

The Experiential Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing all experiential marketing logistics for Triumph Motorcycles in the United States and Canada. This position supports all activities related to consumer events and dealership events. The ultimate goal of this position is to gain affinity, awareness, and consideration from potential Triumph consumers by offering them unique in-person experiences with the brand and product including demos. This position also supports the PR activities by providing detailed management of the full fleet of press and marketing bikes.

Parts and Consumer Operations Manager

This position is responsible for maintaining Triumph Motorcycles positive brand image by assisting both internal and external customers with technical parts, service, and dealer questions in a timely and efficient manner. At the same time remaining fully focused on all Parts selling goals coming from TMA. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled customer service professional with strong attention to detail. This position is also responsible for reaching out to Dealers in a proactive manner to assist with any questions they may have regarding the Triumph experience. This position will also include maintaining and reporting all compliance records for Triumph Motorcycles North America. Maintain required processes for Triumph Service Department such as Recalls, Early Warning Reports, and Field Reports. Ensure Regulatory Compliance for all Service Related Issues with National Highway Transportation Safety Administration.


Race Manager - North America

Triumph Racing Department (TRD) has been created to develop and manage the future strategy of Triumph Motorcycles racing activities around the world and oversee the commitments already established to ensure maximum performance on track and gain the full potential for brand value from the programs. 

The role provides the Racing Department management representation across all competition platforms in North America, covering professional and amateur racing and dealership race support. Reporting to the GRM on all racing matters and to the GM TNA on racing strategy and information, problem solving and liaison, the role will also compliment and support sponsorship development and partnership management across all race activity.
