THE TRIUMPH FACTORY TOUR

From concept to design, all the way through to realisation of the next Triumph model, a member of the team of in-house experts will take you on this fully-guided, behind-the-scenes journey into the heart of the Hinckley factory.

In order to increase our production here at Hinckley we are having extensive work done in the factory. This means that we will be unable to offer Factory Tours from June 13th to the beginning of September.
The Triumph Factory Visitor Experience and the 1901 Cafe will remain open 10am - 4.30pm Wednesday to Sunday.
Tour information
The 90-minute factory tour must be booked in advance and costs just £20 per person.
Places are limited to ensure the best experience for every visitor.

Opening hours
Our usual opening times for the Café, Shop and Exhibition are Wednesday to Sunday - 10am to 4.30pm and Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Tours run Wednesday to Sunday, at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm & 2pm.
Group tours
The Factory Visitor Experience is ideal for educational, corporate and social groups of 15-60.
Bookings can be tailored for a full day of multiple tours or single tours for smaller parties. With a successful educational partnership recently launched, it’s great for school trips, too.

Vital to keeping the Triumph range fresh and exciting, the new assembly facility brings a greater level of flexibility when it comes to sudden changes in customer demand or preference.

Triumph engineers are encouraged to look beyond convention. Rapid prototyping equals rapid progress and life-sized models can be 3D printed in less than 32 hours — empowering ideas and driving growth.

From hand-finished gold-lined fuel tanks to ultra-modern chassis finishes designed to withstand the rigours of adventure, this impressive paint shop combines traditional craftsmanship with eco-friendly, state-of-the-art technology.

THE FULL WORKS
The ultimate way to experience the home and history of Triumph Motorcycles. The Full Works is an all-inclusive, private experience from start to finish for up-to four people which includes:
• Breakfast roll and hot drink on arrival
• Private fully-guided Factory Visitor Experience and Factory Tour
• Uniquely personalized VIN Plate Keyring each
• A single copy of ‘The Art of the Motorcycle’ hardback book personally signed by Nick Bloor, Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Motorcycles

WE WELCOME
Children of all ages but do not recommend children under the age of 4 attend factory tours. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, as we are a manufacturing facility and safety is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour may affect the safety and enjoyment of our staff and other guests.
Full-time carers, may accompany a paying registered disabled visitor free of charge. Please bring your proof of carer status when you arrive: a letter from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

ACCESSIBILITY
The Triumph Visitor Experience, Café, and Factory Tour is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
If you use a hearing aid, please note that a single ear radio headset is used on the tour.

GROUP TOURS
Ideal for club outings, corporate events or simply for a gathering of likeminded friends, a Triumph factory group tour makes the perfect bike enthusiast’s day out. Any special requirements to suit your group can usually be accommodated and catering is available in the stylish 1902 Café. Coach trips are welcome with free parking.
