2026 TRIUMPH T120 GUITAR CASE SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN THE 2026 TRIUMPH T120 GUITAR CASE SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00 AM EASTERN TIME JUNE 15, 2026, AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM EASTERN TIME SEPTEMBER 30, 2026 (THE “SWEEPSTAKES DEADLINE”). 

1. ELIGIBILITY 

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies. 

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including age and residency, at any time.

2. HOW TO ENTER 

There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes:

A. Entry Via Purchase (Optional)

Any eligible individual who purchases a new Triumph Bonneville T120 Elvis Presley Limited Edition motorcycle from an authorized Triumph dealership in the United States between June 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 (the “Purchase Period”) will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

To qualify: 

• The purchaser must be the titled owner of the motorcycle. 
• The purchase must be completed within the Purchase Period. 
• The vehicle must be purchased from an authorized Triumph dealership in the United States. 
• Sponsor may require submission of proof of purchase and/or proof of ownership. 

Limit one (1) entry per eligible purchaser, regardless of the number of motorcycles purchased. 

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) 

To enter without purchase, visit: [INSERT OFFICIAL ENTRY URL] and submit a complete entry form, including full name, mailing address, phone number, and valid email address, prior to the Sweepstakes Deadline. 

Entries submitted through the AMOE must be complete and accurate to be eligible.

ENTRY CONDITIONS 

• Entrants will receive one (1) total entry regardless of method of entry. 
• Duplicate entries, automated entries, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. 
• Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
• All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

ODDS OF WINNING ARE THE SAME REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD. 

3. SELECTION OF WINNER 

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. 

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. 

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. 

The potential winner will have five (5) business days to:

• Respond to notification. 
• Complete and return required documentation. 

If a potential winner fails to respond or comply within the required timeframe, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through an additional random drawing. 

4. PRIZE AND ODDS 

There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. 

Grand Prize: 

One Triumph‑branded premium guitar case, custom hand‑painted by artist James Willis.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,500 USD. 

Prize Conditions

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned. 
• No substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 
• Prize is awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, except as may be provided by manufacturer. 
• James Willis, and any other third‑party providers are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes. 

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

All eligible entries received will be included in a single random drawing, regardless of method of entry. 

Limit: one (1) prize per person, household, or email address. 

5. VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE 

The potential winner may be required to:

• Sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility. 
• Sign a Liability Release. 
• Sign a Publicity Release where permitted by law. 

Failure to complete required documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

Prize delivery method will be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion and may include shipment or in-person delivery. 

Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, or damage in transit. 

6. TAXES AND EXPENSES 

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Winner may be required to:

• Complete IRS Form W-9. 
• Receive IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize. 

7. RELEASE 

By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, members, managers, affiliates, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 

8. PUBLICITY 

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s:

• Name.
• City and state.
• Likeness.
• Statements.

for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Georgia. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if any cause outside of Sponsors control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on a 2026 Triumph Motorcycles Sweepstakes website and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non- suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and entrants submission) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if entrant tampers with the entry process or if entrants fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and warrants that entrant is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
